Fun-loving Clara is keeping a dark and deadly secret from William, the love of her life.

As a long term fan of Stacy Claflin's Transformed Series, I was looking forward to reading Clara's story as it was never said what she did during the time after the fight in which so many people died.  This book fills out those details perfectly, as well as giving a build up to the walls being built around Delphic Cove and the collapse of civilisation as we know it, technology included.

It is a difficult decision that Clara has to make.  Tell William about her being a vampire and maybe losing him or not telling him and live their life with a huge lie there constantly.  I think Clara made the right choice and so did William but I won't say more than that.

Brilliantly written, a nice standalone book although I personally preferred reading it as part of the series.  Definitely recommended!

**** out of 5 (really liked it)

I love writing, reading, and watching most anything paranormal. My favorite shows include Supernatural, Vampire Diaries, Fringe, Pretty Little Liars, and Once Upon a Time.
I’ve been writing and telling stories for as long as I can remember. As a kid, my story telling would get me into trouble when I would try to convince others that my stories were real.

When I’m not busy writing, I spend time with my family. I also run a home preschool and educate my kids from home.

You can learn more about my current and upcoming books at I’d love to hear from you!
